Response Cards

Response cards are a means of requesting guests to respond to an invitation. You may choose to use a response card for purposes of formality, convenience, or simply to make the invitation stand out. Instead of having guests call or email back with their response, you may choose to have them send back their reply cards in the mail. The guests are able to write in their names and check off whether or not they will be able to attend. You may also request for the guests to indicate the number of persons attending as well as their selection of menu items. This can be helpful information in planning and preparing for the big event. You will want to make sure to provide a stamp on the pre-addressed envelopes so that your guests may send back their response cards with ease and convenience. It is recommended that the font used for the reply cards is the same as the font used for the invitations.
