PHOTOS
Please send your RAW image. This means send the original, unaltered image directly from your camera, without any editing or re-sizing. Your best result is to download the image from your camera, to your desktop, and then attach that image to an e-mail and send. Specs: min. 300 dpi (approx. 1000x600 pixels)
The final print of the image can only be as good as the quality of the image provided by you. Please be aware that all cards print differently based on the quality of the photo.
When you send a photo, we are assuming that you have determined that you are the original owner of the photograph or have permission from the original owner or photographer.

The 3rd proof and any subsequent proofs thereafter, will be charged a proof fee of $5.00.
Cancellations: If you cancel an order and no proof has been set up, there is no fee (be aware that we proof almost immediately, so please make sure you send a cancellation as soon as possible). If you cancel an order and a proof has been made, you will be charged a $15.00 fee. Once an order has been approved, you will be charged in full for the order and no changes may be made and the order may not be cancelled.
Proofs are provided as a free service and will be e-mailed within 1 to 2 business days.
If you need to make a revision, the 2nd proof will be provided free of charge.
